Return Policy

Buckaroo Boutique stands behind our products and our vendors. We understand sometimes items don't fit because some things run different in sizing. We want to help you and make sure your BB experience was a good one! Our return policy is 15 days after the order has been placed. We can exchange the item for another size, exchange the item for something similar in cost or in the instance that those won't work, we issue store credit. Please contact us within 15 days of your order to discuss your options. You can contact us via facebook/ instagram or text us at 775-934-6384. All shoes, we will exchange shoes for another size as long as sizes are available in that style, we will require a picture of the shoe to be sent us via email or Facebook. We will not do an exchange on shoes if they have been worn!
